To be put on tour, it is a first come first serve entry for the assigned weekly rotation. Click the button on the right/above before Wednesday at 12pm the week of your assigned region. The tour will max out at 7 homes per meeting to allow time for guests to tour all homes.
*Plan to host the home open from 10:30-1:30 & be prepared for the following:
All Home Host on Tour Must Bring the Following:
Come to the PPB Meeting at 9:30 to introduce yourself and “Pitch” the home on tour as well as:
Drop off a donated raffle (a $25 value) w/your business card attached.
After you pitch please leave the meeting early to prepare your home for tour. (the meeting will break around 10:30 - 10:45 to start the tour)
Each home on tour is to provide Nibbles and Drinks; anything of your choosing.
Don't forget flyers & business cards for networking
Be sure you and your sellers approve agents, affiliates, investors and sponsors in the home filming the home for social media posts.
Be sure to be present to pitch at the meeting 9:30. You may leave to prepare for the tour right after your pitch.
SUGGESTED WAYS TO LEVERAGE THIS TOUR (not required):
If this home is on the MLS it’s suggested to show it as an “Open House” as well as a “Broker Open” (This helps create a “Buzz” and sense of urgency to those buyers)
Door Knock/Call/Email or Voice Drop the neighborhood to invite them. (When they see all of us touring they will think you are one special marketer.
Don’t forget to have a lead capture to collect contact info. of those buyers coming through
Ask ALL Real Estate professionals to FILL OUT a Tour Evaluation Sheet and ask for total honesty to help you communicate to your sellers the importance of having their home “market ready & priced right!”
Post on Social Media your “Open House/Broker Open”
Record short video clips of the meeting & tour to create a reel on social media. Share with your sphere the importance of networking and open houses. An active agent pitching and networking to get a property SOLD, is an agent we want to work with!

By answering the tour request form, or by attending meetings and tours, participants acknowledge their understanding of these terms and confirm their agreement to the responsibilities and limitations outlined herein.
